Pricing

The Railway Barracks is available for exclusive group bookings starting from $1,470 per night for up to 15 guests, with additional guests charged per person up to a maximum capacity of 44.

A minimum two-night stay applies on weekends, with a three-night minimum during public holidays and peak periods.

To secure your booking, a $500 deposit is required along with acceptance of our terms and conditions. Once both are completed, your dates are held and confirmed.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.

The number of guests staying overnight on your booking can change either up or down in the lead up to your stay, and we are happy to adjust these as needed. Any updates will be reflected in your final invoice before arrival. If additional guests decide to sleep over during your stay, we can issue a follow-up invoice accordingly.

All bookings are subject to review and approval. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation until it has been reviewed and approved by the team.

Payments can be made online by credit card (a 1.5% processing fee applies) via the Book Now button below. If you prefer not to pay by credit card, we also have provide an option to pay via bank transfer with no additional fees.

• Base rate: $1,470 per night (includes up to 15 overnight guests)

• Additional overnight guests: $90 per person per night
(applies to overnight guests exceeding 15)

• Maximum capacity: 44 overnight guests

• Pricing excludes the train carriage
• Day guests for events are not included in overnight guest numbers

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Complimentary early check-in or late checkout (up to 12 PM) may be available upon request
• Minimum stay: 2 nights
(3 nights during public holidays and school holiday periods)
• Deposit: $500
• Security bond: $750 (held as a pre-authorisation and released after departure)
• Cleaning fee: $290 per overnight booking

Long stays

• 4 nights or more – 10% discount
• 7 nights or more – 20% discount

Day hire (no accommodation)

Perfect for corporate offsites, workshops, and private functions

Monday to Thursday: $1,100 per day
• Access: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Deposit and bond apply
• Cleaning fee: $190
